Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked, cold rice
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- Salt and white pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil and fry the garlic until lightly golden and fragrant.
- Add the cold rice, breaking up clumps, and stir-fry over high heat for 4–5 minutes.
- Season with soy sauce, salt, and white pepper, then fold in the scallions.
- In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your liking.
- Plate the rice and top each portion with a fried egg.
