Ingredients
- 450g flank steak, sliced thin
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- Sesame oil
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate beef in soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Blanch or steam broccoli until crisp-tender; set aside.
- Sear beef in hot oil until browned; remove.
- Stir-fry garlic and ginger, add oyster sauce and a splash of water.
- Return beef and broccoli, toss to coat.
- Finish with sesame oil and serve over rice.
