Ingredients

  • 500 g ribeye steak
  • 300 g button mushrooms
  • and pepper to taste Salt
  • Salt and to taste pepper
  • for frying Oil
  • 0.25 block butter
  • 15 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 300 g peeled garlic cloves
  • to cover Olive Oil
  • as needed parsley
  • as needed crunchy garlic
  • as needed pickled peppers

Instructions

  1. Season your steak and grill until medium rare. Slice them into bite sized chunks and set aside for later.
  2. Slice button mushrooms. In a pan, add oil and/or butter, sauté the button mushrooms until they get deeper in color. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add minced garlic to a hot pan with oil and butter, and saute until fragrant. Add back your steak and mushroom and add Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, paprika and black pepper.
  4. To make it extra garlicky, we’re adding some garlic confit. To make it, simply add peeled garlic to a pot, cover with oil, and cook low and slow until the cloves are soft and golden.
  5. Serve with garlic rice and enjoy!
