Ingredients
- 600g beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Egg noodles
- Butter
Instructions
- Sear beef in batches over high heat; set aside.
- Sauté onion and mushrooms in butter until golden.
- Add garlic and flour, cook 1 minute.
- Whisk in stock, simmer until thickened.
- Stir in sour cream and mustard, then return beef; heat through (don't boil).
- Serve over buttered egg noodles.
