Ingredients
- 600g chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 400g crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup cream
- 3 tbsp butter
- Cilantro
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt and half the spices for 1+ hours.
- Sear chicken until charred; set aside.
- Sauté onion, garlic, ginger in butter; add remaining spices.
- Add tomatoes, simmer 15 minutes, blend if desired.
- Stir in cream and chicken; simmer until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with cilantro; serve with rice or naan.
