Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1.5 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1.5 cups mozzarella
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb-parmesan mixture.
- Pan-fry in olive oil until golden on both sides.
- Place in a baking dish, top with marinara and mozzarella.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken cooked through.
- Serve over pasta.
