- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Mexican blend)
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- Cumin, chili powder
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
Instructions
- Sauté bell pepper and onion until softened; season with cumin and chili powder.
- Toss shredded chicken with the sautéed vegetables.
- Layer cheese and chicken mixture between two tortillas.
- Cook in a dry skillet until golden and crisp on both sides, cheese melted.
- Slice into wedges; serve with sour cream and salsa.
