Ingredients
- 600g chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala spice blend
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 400g crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Cilantro
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt and half the spice blend for at least 1 hour.
- Grill or pan-sear chicken until charred; set aside.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in butter until soft; add remaining spices.
- Add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes, then blend smooth if desired.
- Stir in cream and cooked chicken; simmer until heated through.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
