Ingredients

  • 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp celery seed (optional)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine cabbage and carrot in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss dressing with vegetables until evenly coated.
  4. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
