Ingredients
- 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp celery seed (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine cabbage and carrot in a large bowl.
- Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper.
- Toss dressing with vegetables until evenly coated.
- Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
