Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Drizzle in olive oil and water while blending until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Serve drizzled with olive oil and paprika.
