Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt in a food processor.
- Drizzle in olive oil and water while blending until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve drizzled with olive oil and paprika.
