Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 500g ground beef
- 700g marinara sauce
- 500g ricotta
- 1 egg
- 2 cups mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- Basil, oregano
Instructions
- Cook noodles per package instructions.
- Brown beef, mix with marinara and herbs.
- Mix ricotta with egg and half the parmesan.
- Layer noodles, meat sauce, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish, repeating.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake covered at 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes, then uncovered 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
