Ingredients

  • 900g ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup ketchup, plus more for topping
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except topping ketchup) until just combined; don't overmix.
  2. Shape into a loaf on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
  3. Brush top with additional ketchup.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 55-65 minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
