Ingredients
- 3 cups cold cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
- 3 green onions
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Scramble eggs in oil; set aside.
- Stir-fry garlic and vegetables until tender.
- Add rice, breaking up clumps, stir-fry until heated through.
- Return eggs, add soy sauce and green onions, toss well.
- Finish with sesame oil before serving.
