  • as needed Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 10–15 cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 red onion
  • as needed Parsley
  • 1 can corn
  • as needed Olive oil
  • as needed Salt
  • as needed Paprika
  • as needed Sour cream
  • as needed Black pepper
  • as needed Garlic powder
  • as needed Lemon juice
  • as needed Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
  2. Drain the can of corn.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, and Parmesan to make the dressing.
  4. Combine all the prepared salad ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and paprika, and toss gently.
  5. Add the dressing to the salad and mix well before serving.
