- as needed Iceberg lettuce
- 2 cucumbers
- 10–15 cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 red onion
- as needed Parsley
- 1 can corn
- as needed Olive oil
- as needed Salt
- as needed Paprika
- as needed Sour cream
- as needed Black pepper
- as needed Garlic powder
- as needed Lemon juice
- as needed Parmesan
Instructions
- Wash and chop the iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
- Drain the can of corn.
- In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, and Parmesan to make the dressing.
- Combine all the prepared salad ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and paprika, and toss gently.
- Add the dressing to the salad and mix well before serving.
