Ingredients

  • 500g white fish fillets
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or crema
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Cilantro
  • Hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Season fish with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pan-sear or grill fish until cooked through and flaky.
  3. Mix sour cream with lime juice for the crema.
  4. Warm tortillas.
  5. Flake fish into tortillas, top with cabbage, crema, cilantro, and hot sauce.
