Ingredients
- 500g white fish fillets
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 8 small tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup sour cream or crema
- 1 lime, juiced
- Cilantro
- Hot sauce
Instructions
- Season fish with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pan-sear or grill fish until cooked through and flaky.
- Mix sour cream with lime juice for the crema.
- Warm tortillas.
- Flake fish into tortillas, top with cabbage, crema, cilantro, and hot sauce.
