Ingredients
- as needed Roma tomato
- as needed Red onion
- (just the white part) Green onion
- as needed Cucumber
- as needed Cilantro
- as needed Serrano pepper
- (we parboiled it then let it finish cooking in lime, but you can leave it raw and let the lime cook it fully) Shrimp
- as needed Lime
- as needed Salt
- hot sauce (we use pico pica!) Hot sauce
Instructions
- Prepare all vegetables: chop the Roma tomato, red onion, green onion (white part only), cucumber, cilantro, and serrano pepper.
- Prepare the shrimp: either parboil the shrimp and let it finish cooking in lime juice, or use raw shrimp and let the lime juice cook it fully.
- Combine all prepared vegetables and shrimp. Add lime juice, salt, and hot sauce (like Pico Pica) to taste. Mix well.
