Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
  • 200g feta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and bell pepper in a bowl.
  2. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, and oregano.
  3. Toss vegetables with dressing.
  4. Top with feta and olives; season with salt and pepper.
