Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
- 200g feta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Dried oregano
Instructions
- Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and bell pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk olive oil, vinegar, and oregano.
- Toss vegetables with dressing.
- Top with feta and olives; season with salt and pepper.
