Ingredients
- as needed Chicken Breast
- 2 x egg
- as needed Cornflakes
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
- 1.5 tbsp Gochujang
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp mirin
- 3 tbsp honey
- as needed sesame
- as needed spring onion
Instructions
- Cut your chicken breast into bite size pieces.
- Coat your chicken in the seasonings listed above (Paprika, Chilli Powder, Garlic Powder, Ground Ginger).
- Now dip your chicken in the egg, then immediately coat in cornflakes.
- Once done, place in the air fryer at 200c for 16 mins, flipping half way.
- Whilst cooking, combine all the sauce ingredients (Gochujang, Soy Sauce, rice wine vinegar, mirin, honey).
- Once the chicken is done, begin to heat and reduce the sauce slightly.
- Add your chicken to the pan and coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with sesame and spring onion.
- Enjoy.
