Ingredients

  • as needed Chicken Breast
  • 2 x egg
  • as needed Cornflakes
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
  • 1.5 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp mirin
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • as needed sesame
  • as needed spring onion

Instructions

  1. Cut your chicken breast into bite size pieces.
  2. Coat your chicken in the seasonings listed above (Paprika, Chilli Powder, Garlic Powder, Ground Ginger).
  3. Now dip your chicken in the egg, then immediately coat in cornflakes.
  4. Once done, place in the air fryer at 200c for 16 mins, flipping half way.
  5. Whilst cooking, combine all the sauce ingredients (Gochujang, Soy Sauce, rice wine vinegar, mirin, honey).
  6. Once the chicken is done, begin to heat and reduce the sauce slightly.
  7. Add your chicken to the pan and coat in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with sesame and spring onion.
  9. Enjoy.
