- 1/2 cup crushed San Marzano tomatoes
- 150g fresh mozzarella, torn
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to highest setting with a pizza stone if available.
- Stretch dough into a round.
- Spread tomatoes thinly, leaving a border.
- Top with mozzarella.
- Bake until crust is golden and cheese bubbles, 8-10 minutes.
- Top with fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
