Ingredients
- 4 cups dashi stock
- 3 tbsp miso paste
- 200g soft tofu, cubed
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup dried wakame seaweed
Instructions
- Heat dashi stock, do not boil.
- Whisk a ladle of hot stock with miso paste until smooth, then stir back into the pot.
- Add tofu and rehydrated wakame; heat through gently.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
