- 1 cup cucumber
- 1 cup tomato
- 0.33 cup red onion
- 1 cup rotisserie chicken
- 0.5 avocado
- Feta cheese to liking feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 lemon lemon juice
- Chopped to liking parsley
- Salt/pepper to liking salt/pepper
- to liking Italian seasoning
Instructions
- To a bowl, add the olive oil, lemon, parsley, salt, pepper, & Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Then add the tomatoes, cucumber, chicken, red onion, & feta.
- Mix everything until evenly distributed & enjoy!
