Ingredients

  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 0.33 cup red onion
  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken
  • 0.5 avocado
  • Feta cheese to liking feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 lemon lemon juice
  • Chopped to liking parsley
  • Salt/pepper to liking salt/pepper
  • to liking Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. To a bowl, add the olive oil, lemon, parsley, salt, pepper, & Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  2. Then add the tomatoes, cucumber, chicken, red onion, & feta.
  3. Mix everything until evenly distributed & enjoy!
