- 300g ground pork
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 green onions
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 30 dumpling wrappers
- Vegetable oil
- Water
Instructions
- Mix pork, cabbage, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a spoonful of filling in each wrapper; fold and pleat edges to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan; arrange dumplings and fry until bottoms are golden.
- Add a splash of water, cover, and steam until filling is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Uncover and cook until water evaporates and bottoms crisp again.
- Serve with soy-vinegar dipping sauce.
