Ingredients

  • 300g ground pork
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 30 dumpling wrappers
  • Vegetable oil
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Mix pork, cabbage, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a spoonful of filling in each wrapper; fold and pleat edges to seal.
  3. Heat oil in a pan; arrange dumplings and fry until bottoms are golden.
  4. Add a splash of water, cover, and steam until filling is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  5. Uncover and cook until water evaporates and bottoms crisp again.
  6. Serve with soy-vinegar dipping sauce.
