Ingredients

  • 2kg pork shoulder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Rub pork with sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place in a slow cooker with chicken stock.
  3. Cook on low 8 hours until fork-tender.
  4. Shred pork, discard excess fat.
  5. Toss shredded pork with BBQ sauce; serve on buns.
