- 2kg pork shoulder
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Rub pork with sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place in a slow cooker with chicken stock.
- Cook on low 8 hours until fork-tender.
- Shred pork, discard excess fat.
- Toss shredded pork with BBQ sauce; serve on buns.
