- 250g mixed mushrooms, sliced
- 2 thick slices of crusty bread
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 100g ricotta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
