Ingredients
- 400g canned black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 6 small tortillas
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Warm the oil and toast the cumin and paprika for 30 seconds.
- Add the black beans and a splash of water, mashing lightly, and cook for 4–5 minutes.
- Char the corn in a dry pan until lightly blistered.
- Warm the tortillas, then fill with beans and corn.
