Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken breasts
  • 3 peppers chipotle peppers in adobo
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves
  • 100 g small onion
  • 1 tbsp Chosen Foods Classic Mayo
  • 30 g Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 lime lime juice
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • Half of the (reserve before adding chicken) prepared marinade
  • 30 g Chosen Foods Classic Mayo
  • 150 g red onion
  • 200 g cucumber
  • 150 g red bell pepper
  • 15 g fresh parsley
  • 21 g honey
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil
  • 300 g lavash breads
  • Optional: inside French fries

Instructions

  1. Blend chipotle peppers, garlic, onion, Chosen Foods Classic Mayo, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Coat sliced chicken with half of the marinade (reserve the rest). Refrigerate up to 2 hours for best flavor.
  3. Heat a skillet with a drizzle of Chosen Foods Avocado Oil. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Mix the reserved marinade with 2 tbsp mayo. Adjust salt and lime to taste.
  5. Toss red onion, cucumber, bell pepper, and parsley with honey, lemon juice, avocado oil, and salt.
  6. Spread sauce on lavash, add chicken and salad (plus fries if desired). Roll tightly and toast 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
