Ingredients

  • a salmon fillet
  • as needed chili oil
  • as needed hot paprika
  • as needed honey
  • as needed pineapple
  • as needed champagne mango
  • as needed jalapeño
  • as needed cilantro
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • the juice of a lime
  • as needed greek yogurt
  • as needed garlic powder
  • as needed lime juice
  • a few corn tortillas
  • mashed avo mashed avocado
  • as needed chopped cabbage
  • as needed cotija cheese
  • as needed pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Pat dry, remove the skin of, and cube a salmon fillet.
  2. Season the salmon cubes with chili oil, hot paprika, and honey.
  3. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Air fry the salmon at 400°F for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Cut pineapple, champagne mango, jalapeño, cilantro, and mince ginger.
  6. Combine the cut pineapple, champagne mango, jalapeño, cilantro, about one tbsp of minced ginger, and the juice of a lime to make the salsa.
  7. Combine greek yogurt, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice for the crema.
  8. Mix the crema until the flavor and consistency are to your liking.
  9. Warm up a few corn tortillas on the stovetop.
  10. Build your tacos by topping each tortilla with mashed avo, chopped cabbage, the mango salsa, salmon bites, crema, cotija cheese, cilantro, pepper flakes, and a squeeze of lime.
