Ingredients

  • 250 g sushi grade tuna
  • 3 tbsp chives
  • 0.5 lime lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp French mustard
  • 3 tbsp capers
  • 150 g Crème fraîche/sour cream/Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sriracha mayo
  • 0.25 lime lime
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 g truffle or neutral chips

Instructions

  1. Cut your tuna in squares ~ 0,5mm-10mm, put it to a bowl
  2. Add finely chopped chives, lime zest and juice, olive oil, mustard and capers and mix well
  3. Mix sour cream, olive oil, sriracha mayo, lime juice, finely chopped dill and salt
  4. Assemble: the sauce first, spread it on the tray or plate making a bed
  5. Add your tartare on top of the sauce
  6. Pair with some truffle or neutral chips or with some baked baguette
