Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Stir-fry garlic and ginger briefly.
  3. Add vegetables in order of density, stir-frying until crisp-tender.
  4. Add soy sauce and cornstarch slurry, toss until sauce thickens.
  5. Finish with sesame oil and serve over rice.
