Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
- Stir-fry garlic and ginger briefly.
- Add vegetables in order of density, stir-frying until crisp-tender.
- Add soy sauce and cornstarch slurry, toss until sauce thickens.
- Finish with sesame oil and serve over rice.
